Actuarial Scholarship for Minority Students is a $5,000 scholarship open to students nationwide. Full eligibility requirements are listed below.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicant must be a member of one of the following minority groups: African American, Hispanic, Native American, Asian or Pacific Islander, or Alaskan Eskimo. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who is enrolled full-time as an undergraduate student pursuing an actuarial degree. Minimum 3.0 GPA, completion and passing of at least one actuarial exam, personal statement, resume, and one letter of recommendation required. Recipient must complete one summer internship at Mutual of Omaha.
