Allied Dental Health Scholarship is a $1,000 scholarship open to students nationwide. Full eligibility requirements are listed below.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicant must be a U.S. citizen with a minimum 2.8 GPA. Application forms, a copy of the school's letter of acceptance, two letters of recommendation, and a one page, typed, double-spaced biographical sketch required. Application forms must be original, typed, completed and signed, and be embossed with the school's official seal. Selection is based upon financial need, academic achievement, a biographical sketch, and letters of reference.
