Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be a student pursuing a degree at a California college/university who has a disability and is "making a positive difference" for other disabled students who are struggling with mental health. Verification of disability, letter of recommendation, transcripts, and proof of current enrollment required. Financial need must be demonstrated.
