Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry or Lee County, FL high school who has a physical disability, uses a wheelchair, and will attend an accredited post-secondary institution in Florida. Financial need must be demonstrated.
