Brian White Academic Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be currently enrolled at an accredited high school, college, or university in the United States who is 17 years of age or older. An original 400 to 600 word essay regarding the following is required: Should DUI/DWI offenders be imprisoned on the 1st offense? What if the offenders decision to drive drunk resulted in the injury of an innocent person? Explain your answer.
