'DREAM' Scholarship for Foster Youth is a $10,000 scholarship open to students nationwide. Full eligibility requirements are listed below.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicant must have been adopted from foster care between the ages of 14 and 16, or was a former Chafee awardee now over age 23, or Chafee-eligible youth who did not receive Chafee funds before age 21. FAFSA required.
