Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be a degree-seeking student enrolled in at least nine semester hours (undergraduate) or six semester hours (graduate), have a minimum 3.75 cumulative GPA (undergraduate) or 3.9 cumulative GPA (graduate), and must be a resident of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, or Texas residing in school's service area.
