Joseph Mahoney Memorial Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be a high school junior or senior with type 1 diabetes who is attending West Chicago High School in West Chicago, Illinois. Applicants must be U.S. citizens who plan on pursuing a higher education at a four-year college or university, college, technical or trade school. Selection is based on academic achievement, involvement in the diabetes community and involvement in extra-curricular activities.
