Eligibility Requirements
Applicant must be a student who is HIV positive or has AIDS and is enrolled full-time at a United States college, university, institute, or technical college. Letter from a doctor, official transcripts, letter of acceptance, three letters of recommendation, and minimum 500 word essay required.
