Letters About Literature Contest is a $1,000 scholarship open to students nationwide. Full eligibility requirements are listed below.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be U.S. legal residents. They must be students in grades 4 through 12 and must be at least nine years old by the September 1 that precedes the contest deadline. They must submit a personal letter to an author about how that author's book or work has impacted them. Selection is based on letter originality, grammar and organization.
