Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be a current or previous resident of Chad Brown, Manton Heights, or Hartford Park public housing developments. Preference will be given to an applicant who is beginning their education. If no student meets the criteria, the scholarship will be awarded to a financially needy minority student who resides in Providence.
