Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education Academic Scholars (Automatic Qualifier)

Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be an incoming freshman and a resident of Oklahoma who scored in the 99.5 percentile on the ACT or achieved the status of National Merit Scholars, National Merit Finalist, or Presidents Scholars.
