Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education Academic Scholars (Institutional Nominees)

Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be an incoming freshman and a resident of Oklahoma who received a minimum ACT score of 30, has a minimum 3.8 GPA, and a class rank in the top four percentile.
