Oklahoma's Promise pays college tuition at Oklahoma public institutions for students who enroll in the program during middle or high school and meet academic and conduct requirements. It also provides partial coverage at accredited private colleges.
Eligibility Requirements
Students must enroll in the program in the 8th, 9th, 10th, or 11th grade, meet family income limits at the time of application, complete a required high school curriculum, and maintain at least a 2.5 GPA. Oklahoma residency is required.
