PBA Minerva Beauty Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be enrolled at an accredited cosmetology program in the U.S and completed at least one semester. Minimum 3.0 GPA, letter of recommendation, and one page essay required on this topic: Why are you pursuing a cosmetology degree and how will you use this degree to better the lives of others?
