The P.E.O. Program for Continuing Education provides need-based grants of up to $3,000 to women whose education was interrupted and who are returning to school to complete a degree or certification. Many recipients are supporting families while studying.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be women who are citizens or legal residents of the United States or Canada, had at least 24 consecutive months as a non-student in their adult lives, and are within 24 months of completing their educational program. Sponsorship by a local P.E.O. chapter is required; single parents returning to school are commonly sponsored.
