Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Cedar, Clinton, Des Moines, Louisa, Muscatine, or Scott County, IA or Henderson, Henry, Knox, Mercer, Rock Island, Warren or Whiteside, IL who will enroll full-time in a post-secondary institution.
