Applicants must be age 13 to 25 and live in or hold citizenship in the U.S. or Canada. Have you ever been verbally harassed or bullied? You could win an easy $5,000 scholarship just by shredding paper to speak out against verbal negativity. On a piece of paper, write something negative that you want to overcome or stamp out.
