Steven M. Sweat Annual College Scholarship Essay Competition

Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be currently attending or planning to attend an accredited college in the United States in the near future. A 500-word essay responding to the following question is required: What steps could lawmakers take to strengthen current laws that are aimed at reducing distracted driving and what additional legal measures could be passed to make our roads safer?
