Student Educational Loan Fund (SELF)

Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be attending school in Minnesota or be a resident of Minnesota attending college in the United States. Institution must sign a SELF participation agreement. A credit worthy cosigner is required.

Apply directly through Minnesota Office of Higher Education Division of Student Financial Aid's official application . Review the eligibility requirements above first, and give yourself time before the July 1, 2027 deadline.
