StudentCam 2015 Competition Rules is a scholarship open to students nationwide. Full eligibility requirements are listed below.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicant must be currently enrolled in a high school in the U.S. Required to create a documentary between five and seven minutes on the theme: "Tell a story that demonstrates how a policy, law, or action by either the executive, legislative, or judicial branch has affected you or your community". Allowed to work individually or in groups of up to three people.
