Students with Heart Foundation Scholarship is a $6,000 scholarship open to students nationwide. Full eligibility requirements are listed below.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicant must be in the process of entering or currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program who has a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicant must have a cardiac disease or deformity that is accompanied by a letter from a licensed physician. Transcript, letter of recommendation, personal interview, and personal essay also required.
