Tennessee Promise is a last-dollar scholarship that covers tuition and mandatory fees at Tennessee community and technical colleges after other aid is applied. Participants are paired with volunteer mentors and complete community service each term.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be Tennessee residents graduating from an eligible high school or completing a home school or GED program before age 19. Students must apply by the fall deadline of their senior year, file the FAFSA, attend mandatory meetings, and complete eight hours of community service per enrolled term.
