Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be in a graduate program and reside in one of the following Texas counties: Archer, Baylor, Childress, Clay, Collin, Collingsworth, Cooke, Cottle, Dallas, Denton, Donley, Foard, Gray, Hall, Hardeman, Jack, Montague, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, Wheeler, Wichita, Wilbarger, and Wise.
