The Special Education Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be a legal resident of the United States who is a current college student majoring in special education. The applicant must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours of classes for the upcoming fall semester with a minimum 2.5 GPA. An essay on the following topic is required: Explain why you are pursuing a degree in special education and how you plan to make a difference in the lives of the disabled.

Apply directly through Disability Care Center's official application — an essay is part of the application. Review the eligibility requirements above first, and give yourself time before the August 1, 2027 deadline.
