Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be of Welsh descent, participate in Welsh events, and reside or attend a school within 150 miles of Philadelphia. Applicant must attend the Philadelphia Gymanfa Ganu for application and interview. Self-addressed, stamped envelope required.
