Eligibility Requirements
Applicant must be a woman and a U.S. citizen who meets at least one of the following requirements: is the primary source of support for herself and/or children; is retraining or needs a degree to achieve higher earnings; or needs to earn a degree for greater financial security. Preference given to applicants who have completed some post-high school studies and have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
